Contract Duration:  These contracts will run for three years from the 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2018 with a possible further two 12 month extensions until 31 March 2020

This contract has been awarded to the following organisations who will deliver the services in their specific lot areas:

Barnardo's Northern Ireland:     Belfast HSCT & South Eastern HSCT

These contracts will run for three years from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2018 with a possible further two 12 month extensions.

Provision of Support, Care, Facilitation and Harm Reduction Services for People who are misusing Substances (Low Threshold Services)

This contract has been awarded to the following organisations who will deliver programmes in their specific lot areas:

Simon Community NI:                South Eastern HSCT

Extern NI:                                          Southern HSCT

                                                             Northern HSCT

Depaul Ireland:                                Western HSCT

Note:  No tender awarded for Belfast HSCT lot area. The PHA will review options for delivering this service.

 Note:  Services in the Southern area are being directly commissioned with the SHSCT.

Note: No tender awarded for Belfast and Southern HSCT Lot area. The PHA plan to re-issue this tender in May 2015.
