TENDER OPPORTUNITY
The Public Health Agency (PHA) wishes to tender for the following service.
Community Based Psychological Intervention and Support Services for People who Self-Harm including Provision of Family / Carer Services
The service will be made available across all HSC Trust areas and will be divided into five separate ‘Lots’: Belfast, Northern, Southern, South Eastern, Western. The total value of this regional contract is £719,000 per annum. If additional funds are made available there could potentially be up to 50% being added to the contract on an in-year basis.
This contract will run for 2 years from the 1 September 2015 to 31 August 2017 with a possible further 3 x 12 month extensions until 30 August 2020. The PHA intends to award a maximum of 2 lots to any one provider.
