Consultation on support model for those bereaved by suicide

The attached consultation documents outline the key elements being considered as part of a service model to be delivered across each of the 5 HSC/PHA localities to ensure that support offered in a robust and consistent way. PHA is now seeking views on the proposed model.  All responses must be received by 4.00pm on Friday 14 August 2015. Following the end of the consultation period, the PHA will consider all responses which will inform development of the final model of support for those bereaved by suicide.
