The PHA is tendering for the development of a bespoke low intensity, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programme for in-person group and online group delivery. The service is to develop, design, pilot, evaluate, finalise and train trainers in a Northern Ireland based low intensity, evidence-based CBT programme in line with NICE Guidance (CG113 and NG222) aimed at those aged 18 years and older who are experiencing anxiety, stress or mild/moderate depression.
