Online user feedback platform Care Opinion celebrated one year in Northern Ireland by hosting a virtual  event on Wednesday 10 November 2021.

The event showcased examples from each of the six HSC Trusts as to how Care Opinion feedback is impacting and improving services across the region.

Over 300 delegates registered for the event.
