The Director of Public Health’s Core Tables contain a range of demographic information such as estimated home population figures and projections, births information, fertility rates, death rates, information on life expectancy, immunisation rates, infectious diseases and screening uptake rates.

This publication has been revised (11 September 2026) following the withdrawal of Table 15b: Breast screening uptake rates.

A data quality issue has arisen whereby postcode information has been attributed to the wrong Health and Social Care Trust area resulting in incorrect data on breast screening uptake by Trust area.

Work is ongoing to produce revised data.
