This poster, available as a PDF download only, informs about looking out for your friends when you're out stating: 'Having a good time? All that can change in a minute. Be there for each other and help if things go wrong, whether it's drink, drugs...or just mascara'.

This leaflet incorporates the current advice on low risk drinking from the four UK Chief Medical Officers, published in January 2016. It lists the long and short-term effects of drinking too much alcohol and outlines the recommended limits for low risk drinking, as well as providing tips on how to stick to these limits. The leaflet also offers a guide to how many units of alcohol are in common drinks.

This pocket-sized leaflet advises young men on the steps they can take to promote good mental health, such as keeping active, talking through problems and taking time to relax.

You, your child and alcohol is a booklet that offers parents advice and guidance on how to discuss alcohol with their child and encourages them to think about how their relationship with alcohol can influence their children.

The booklet was originally developed as part of a campaign by the Public Health Agency, the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, the Police Service of Northern Ireland, the Northern Ireland Office and the Northern Ireland Policing Board to tackle the issue of underage drinking.
