Welcome to the public consultation survey on the new draft Public Health Agency Partnership and Engagement Strategy 2025-2030.
The Public Health Agency (PHA) has developed a draft Partnership and Engagement Strategy for the period 2025-2030, setting out the strategic direction for Experience and Involvement for the next five years. This draft plan takes account of engagement and discussion with a range of stakeholders, and strategic policy drivers as set out in the Strategy document attached below. It builds on the PHA’s stated commitment to meaningful involvement set out in the PHA Corporate Plan 2025–2030.
Priorities and approach
Our vision is to embed partnership and engagement working as essential to Health and Social Care and in a way that supports a healthier population. The purpose of the Partnership and Engagement Strategy is to set out a clear set of priorities with measurable indicators to progress Experience and Involvement within the PHA and wider Health and Social Care system.

We recognise our work cannot be done in isolation and requires a whole system, cross government approach with robust engagement with the public. Cognisant of this, we have now published our draft Partnership and Engagement Strategy for public consultation from Monday 29th September for a 12 week period.
