Committee membership
The Committee is made up of non-executive directors appointed by the PHA board. Membership is reviewed periodically and published below.
The PHA Governance and Audit Committee (GAC) is currently composed of five Non-Executive Directors:
- Anne Henderson (Chair),
- Craig Blaney
- John Patrick Clayton,
- Robert Irvine, and
- Tom Wright
