PHA procurement priorities
Find information about upcoming Public Health Agency procurement priorities and expected timelines to help organisations prepare for future opportunities.
The PHA funds and commissions services and initiatives that support improvements in health and wellbeing and help address health inequalities in Northern Ireland.
Opportunities may be available to a range of organisations, including community, voluntary and private sector providers, provided they meet the requirements set out for the individual opportunity.
The PHA no longer advertises funding opportunities in regional or local newspapers.
All funding opportunities, procurement opportunities and grant funding awards are published on the PHA website.

Application documents for funding opportunities can be downloaded directly from the PHA website.
All procurement opportunities are managed through eTendersNI.
Register and access procurement opportunities:
https://eTendersNI.gov.uk
If you are new to eTendersNI, we recommend registering as early as possible and reviewing the supplier guidance available on the portal.
Before submitting a tender, please read the eTendersNI guidance on preparing and submitting tender responses:
https://etendersni.gov.uk/epps/cft/downloadInfoItem.do?documentId=3051903
When registering on eTendersNI, you can select Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes that match the services your organisation provides. You will then receive email alerts when relevant opportunities are published.
We recommend selecting a broad range of CPV codes initially and refining your preferences later. You should also check eTendersNI regularly for new opportunities.
