Governance and Audit Committee (GAC) documents
The Governance and Audit Committee (GAC) supports the Public Health Agency (PHA) Board by providing independent assurance on the organisation's governance, risk management, internal control and financial reporting arrangements.
The committee meets regularly throughout the year and reports to the PHA Board.
