Our phone number has now changed

The switchboard number for the PHA’s Headquarters at Linenhall Street, Belfast changed on Monday 28 April, 2014. The new number is 0300 555 0114* and should now be used.

 The old switchboard number (028 9032 1313) is no longer live.

*Calls to 0300 numbers are charged at a local rate and cost no more than calls to UK numbers starting 01 and 02. They are also included in service providers ‘inclusive minutes’ call packages. Further details on charges to 0300 number are available on the Ofcom website

Direct Dial In (DDI) numbers for staff in the Belfast office have also changed. Details of these new numbers may be provided by staff within each relevant Directorate.

If you have difficulties in contacting the appropriate members of staff please call the new switchboard on 0300 555 0114.

Calls to the Ormeau Avenue Belfast offices are unaffected and the Ormeau Avenue numbers remain unchanged.
