Alcohol Seminar - Is it time to set a minimum unit price for alcohol?

The Public Health Agency (PHA) is holding this event to raise awareness of the impact of alcohol related harm and to encourage people to respond to the joint departmental consultation (DHSSPS and DSD) on the intorduction of a number of measures including minimum unit pricing to tackle problems associated with the availability of cheap alcohol in Northern Ireland.

The event is aimed at professionals who work within criminal justice, health and social care sectors, the community and voluntary sector, those working in the alcohol retail trade, councils and political respresentatives.
