The Influenza Weekly Surveillance Bulletin is produced by the PHA and covers statistics for Northern Ireland. The bulletin is produced during the flu season.

The PHA Corporate Strategy has been developed with input from staff across the PHA and taking account of feedback from external stakeholders.  It is a high level document, setting out the direction for the PHA over the next few years, and will be supported by the annual PHA Corporate Business Plan, Directorate Business Plans and the Joint Commissioning Plan.  The Strategy was approved by the PHA board at the November 2011 board meeting.

Life after the census

Life after the Census: Using Administrative Data to Analyse Society

The 2011 Census is likely to the last in the present format. Whatever system is chosen to replace the census will have a major impact on social science research. Given this, the NILS Research Forum is organising a conference on 9 May, 2012, entitled: Life after the Census: Using Administrative Data to Analyse Society. Its purpose is to inform the debate over the replacement of the census from the perspective of social science.
